Production process:
The production methods of SK37 High Temp Fire Brick and clay bricks are basically the same.
Aluminum oxide (Al2O3) content is higher than 48% SK37 High Temp Fire Brick
A neutral refractory with an alumina content of more than 48%.Made of bauxite or other raw materials of high alumina content after molding and calcining.High thermal stability, refractoriness in 1770℃ above.Good slag resistance, used for lining steelmaking electric furnace, glass furnace, cement converter, etc.
One of the important working properties of SK37 High Temp Fire Brick is the structural strength at high temperatures. The high-temperature creep properties are also measured to reflect the high-temperature structural strength. From the test, we knew that, with the increase of the Al2O3 content, the structural strength also become higher.
When the content of Al2O3 less than 70%, the load softening temperature depends on the quantity ratio between the mullite crystal phase and liquid phase. With the increase in the quantity of mullite, It also increased. Therefore, reducing the content of impurities in the raw materials is beneficial to improve the quality of SK37 High Temp Fire Brick.
High charge soft, SK37 High Temp Fire Bricke is a high grade refractory material made of super grade bauxite, fused corundum and fused mullite.
